Our brackish water systems are ideal solution for extremely highly contaminated water with very high TDS levels (Up to 10000 TDS).

Our brackish water systems use latest directive and most innovative Nano filtration technology (reverse osmosis-membrane technology) to yield a crystal clear and potable drinking water as per international norms and standards.

Sea Water Plant

We design and manufacture the Reverse Osmosis Plants according to the need for tap water, brackish water & sea water application. The production range starts from 100 M3 per day to 10000 M3 per day from 400 TDS to 45,000 TDS.

Desalination uses reverse osmosis technology to separate water molecules from seawater. Water from the sea is forced through thousands of tightly-wrapped, semipermeable membranes under very high pressure. The membranes allow the smaller water molecules to pass through, leaving salt and other impurities behind.

Seawater coming into the plant goes through a rigorous pretreatment process then freshwater is separated from the seawater using reverse osmosis. The end product is high-quality drinking water.

Demi Water Systems

Demineralized Water is Water completely free of dissolved minerals as a result of one of the following processes:

  • Distillation
  • Deionization
  • Membrane filtration
  • Electrodyalisis
  • Or other technologies.

Demineralized Water also known as Deionized Water, Water that has had its mineral ions removed. Mineral ions such as cations of sodium, calcium, iron, copper, etc. and anions such as chloride, sulphate, nitrate, etc. are common ions present in Water. Deionization is a physical process which uses specially-manufactured ion exchange resins which provides ion exchange site for the replacement of the mineral salts in Water with Water.

SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT (STP) MANUFACTURERS

Sewage is the waste generated from residential, institutional, commercial and industrial establishments. STP plant treats the sewage to make it fit for safe disposal, agricultural use or domestic use in toilets etc. Sewage usually contains a high quantity of organic and inorganic wastes. It is essential to treat sewage before it enters into any water body. If sewage, is allowed to enter the water sources without treatment, it will contaminate them; which is why it is essential to treat sewage properly before letting it into rivers or any other sources of water.

Activated Sludge Process (ASP)

  • An activated sludge plant essentially consists of the following:

1) Aeration tank containing microorganisms in suspension in which reaction takes place.

2) Activated sludge recirculation system.

3) Excess sludge wasting and disposal facilities.

4) Aeration systems to transfer oxygen

5) Secondary sedimentation tank to separate and thicken activated sludge.

Sequential Batch Reactor (SBR)

  • Sequential Batch Reactor is true batch process where fill, aeration, settle and decant steps are carried out in sequence of batches in a single basin.
  • Screened, de-gritted sewage is fed into the SBR Basins for biological treatment to remove BOD, COD, Suspended Solids, Biological Nitrogen and Phosphorous.
  • SBR process shall work on batch mode in single step.
  • It performs biological organic removal, nitrification, de-nitrification and biological phosphorous removal.

GLS tanksĀ is made of glass lined steel plates, special sealing material, self-locking screw and other materials.

GLS TanksĀ Advantage

GLS is lined with glass enamel both inside and outside. The steel cylindrical shell of the tank is made of two layers of glass fused sheets, coated on both sides. These plates are fixed with special high-grade bolts and sealed by a continuous flexible silicone sealant. Finally these tanks have a very big capacity from 300 to 30000m3 and it have durability and long service life.
